創薬ちゃん生成チャレンジ で自分が試してみたこと

@souyakuchan　素敵なAI画像生成コンペありがとうございました。

このコンペは、叢雲くすり (創薬ちゃん)が主催されており、主題は以下の通り

画像生成AIを使って、最も私( @souyakuchan)っぽいキャラ絵を生成した人が優勝。
優勝者にギフト券１万円分、佳作２件に５千円分ずつ進呈する。

評価指標は
・容姿の類似度
・「創薬」感
・アート制も場合によっては考慮

制約は
・人手による加筆はしないこと
・promptでアーティストの個人名は使わない

で、複数回応募可のコンペでした。

この投稿長いので、プロンプト作成において今回発見だったと思うことを先に書いておきます。（後半にはもうちょっと丁寧に書きます）

・やっぱりプロンプトが大事
・人を描くからと安易にa portraito of にしない
・描きたい状況やフォーカスしたいところを重点にプロンプトを作るのが大事
テーブルで創薬している、人ではなく状況にフォーカス、状況と構図を大事にして表現することとして落ち着くことが出来ました。最初は創薬ちゃんに似せなきゃ、アニメ風でポートレイト！ってやってしまってたのでいい気づきです。

応募者が多かったので、受賞枠を増やされる太っ腹すぎる。

ありがとうございます。私としても「創薬感」が出てるワイドレンジの絵が作りたかったのでうれしかったです。

ここからは試行錯誤とそのときのプロンプトを書いています。長いので興味ある方だけどうぞ

作成に当たって自分で決めた方向性

・単純なポートレイト画像にはしたくない
・「創薬感」をめっちゃ出したい
・プロンプト自体への操作はしない、
・AUTOMATIC1111のwebuiで出来るプロンプトの強調(Attention)やPrompt Edit、Negative prompt、自分で改変したtxt2imgの潜在空間操作はしない

最初のプロンプト

最初のうちはwebuiで当たりを付けていきました。

全然駄目でした。でも最初はこんな形かと思う。
創薬ちゃんがツートーンの黒ベースの赤なのでそれに寄せたかった、研究室だと創薬っぽくなるかも、創薬してる感じ出したいので making a medicineって感じです。

縦画像だとポートレートになりがちなので横にして引きの絵に

long viewでは引きの絵にあんまりなっていないので、wide shotとfull bodyを追加
創薬感を出したかったので、注射器を持つようにしてみた

創薬感よりSFっぽいのと3D感が強すぎ・・・、long shotに戻してみるけど変わらないかも
創薬ちゃんの元の絵には青い稲妻走ってるから、 blue ligtningも入れてみたけど、髪の色に引っ張られてる・・

3D感とってちょっと構図を工夫してみる

blenderを取って、from top viewで上から視点で・・・

実験室っぽい背景も見えてはきたけど・・・

キャラクターが見切れてしまうのでポートレイトにしてみる

さすがにdancingは無かった。
いい感じの髪だし、机の上の機材もいい！

意図した通りに実験室めっちゃ見えるけど、肝心の創薬ちゃんが・・・

構図は変わったけど、創薬ちゃん小さすぎだし大雑把だし・・・

じゃぁ、もっと寄ってみればいいか！

ただのクリーンラボじゃなくって、机にある機材をフォーカスして欲しいし、そこから見える創薬ちゃんがみたい・・
あまり変わらず、なぜか色彩豊かにw　close up, a landscape of もしかしたら良さそうかも・・

上からをやめて、クローズアップで見てみる

やった！いい感じ、一気に創薬感が出てきた

あとは少しずつ装飾を付けて

いろいろなseedを試してみる

下地が整ったので、いいものが描けるまで続けていきます。　
ここまでの試行錯誤で90グループほど出力したので240枚ほどの画像

あとは、出力結果勝負

いい構図や表情が見つかったらscaleを変更したりstepsを変更して髪の色や崩れているところを修正する。（実際には必要なかったので最終追い込みはしてません。)



左下の子の表情がいいのでkeep

と・・・ここで創薬ちゃんの赤ネクタイを着けていないことに気づくw

red tie を追加して仕切り直しと stepsを 70にして出力継続
ここからはseedだけが変わっていきます。

blue ligtningが生きてる

顔にもマスクや保護めがねが付いていい感じに近づく

マッド感がいい

左下の子が水原千鶴みたいでかわいい、左上の男はだれだ？、構図は右下の子が好き

手袋も出てき初めて全体的に整ってきてる

マスクがいい・・

右下の子の手の謎器具が好きw
　

右下の子がいい、髪だけscaleで調整できたらいいかも

最後に出さなかったけど、必死感が好きな右下の子、超かっこいい 惚れる
